I've worked as a freelancer, assisting bootstrapping entrepreneurs in launching their businesses. I have also had the privilege of becoming an entrepreneur myself, founding and successfully selling multiple e-commerce businesses.
I understand how to balance user needs with business goals, what it means to be part of a team, and that change is often the only reliable constant and sometimes a pivot is not only necessary but is part of the process.
When I'm not working at my desk, you can find me outdoors hiking, camping in our a-frame camper, kayaking midwest rivers, or just aimlessly exploring. I'm a foodie who loves cooking, trying new restaurants, and discovering interesting dishes, which thanks to St. Louis' culinary scene, there's never a shortage of.
As a passionate tech and AI enthusiast, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies and exploring their potential applications. While I have enough HTML and CSS skills to be useful in my UX work, coding an app from scratch is not a focus of mine. Instead, I enjoy exploring the ever-expanding world of no-code tools and uncovering new ways to streamline my work and enhance user experiences.
